How long will it take for my TopCashback Compare amounts to show in my account?

Why isn't there an exact cashback amount on the TopCashback Compare merchant pages?
The cashback rate you earn when purchasing your insurance policy through TopCashback Compare will vary from quote to quote depending on the exact policy details and personal information you enter, so we therefore can't display an exact figure on the merchant page. The cashback you earn will be within the range displayed on the merchant page but then, once you complete your quote through TopCashback Compare and the results are returned, there will be a more accurate cashback amount displayed for you so that you can see exactly how much cashback your policy is eligible for, before you purchase your insurance.
What happens if my cashback is not showing but I have purchased through TopCashback Compare?
This is absolutely nothing to worry about - TopCashback Compare cashback usually takes between 6-8 weeks to appear on your account so don't be alarmed if it isn't showing within 7 days. If your cashback has not tracked to your account after 8 weeks, then you can lodge a Missing Cashback Claim and we will manually chase your cashback for you. You can do this by following the 'Lodge A Missing Cashback Claim' link below.
Will the cashback be deducted from the annual premium I pay to the insurer?
No, you still pay your insurance premium in the usual way - either in one lump sum or as monthly payments. Your cashback will then be credited to your TopCashback account and you can withdraw it from here once it's reached Payable status.
How long will it take for my TopCashback Compare amount to become payable?
Policy based purchases to tend to take a little while longer to become payable because a merchant likes to ensure that the policy is not cancelled and is still valid at the time of releasing your cashback, so please don't be alarmed if your TopCashback Compare cashback appears to be taking longer than some of your other TopCashback purchases. Any typical TopCashback Compare transaction would usually become payable within 4-5 months of your policy start date as long as your policy is still valid.
Please also bear in mind that if your cashback doesn't track in the usual manner and you have to submit a Missing Cashback Claim, then it may take slightly longer for your cashback to become payable but we will always do everything we can to make sure your cashback gets back to you.
