If you used the site before the different levels of membership were introduced, then you should have been given the option of choosing whether you wanted a TopCashback Plus or TopCashback Classic account the next time you logged in.
If you selected the Classic level of membership, the service and features that you now receive will very much stay the same. The only change to the service before the different levels of membership were introduced will be the removal of the ‘top-up tiers’. All members who are on the Classic level will receive 101% cashback no matter how much they earn. However, if you were due to receive 105% or 110% cashback in the month following the launch of the new membership levels, then we will honour these top-ups for the first month of your new membership.
If you opted to upgrade to Plus membership, then you will now be able to enjoy all of the added features and benefits that come with having a Plus account.
Any members who joined before the different levels of membership were introduced who haven’t decided which level they would like to go on to will automatically be enrolled onto Classic membership.
