What will stop me getting cashback?
- MoneySuperMarket will only validate one cashback transaction per site visit. If you wish to make multiple transactions on different products, please begin each journey from TopCashback
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Any purchases made on the MoneySuperMarket website via the TopCashback link will be subject to the TopCashback Terms and Conditions (https://www.topcashback.co.uk/Terms) and MoneySuperMarket Terms and Conditions which can be found on the MoneySuperMarket website.
- Cashback may initially track lower in your TopCashback account.
- Cashback will only be paid to members who have BACS as their registered TopCashback payment method.
- Cashback on Travel Insurance is capped at £50. Cashback will be paid at the advertised rate, up to a maximum of £50.
- MoneySuperMarket Travel Insurance cashback transactions are limited to 2 per calendar year.
- Any amendments or partial refunds in the first 60 days will be reflected in your cashback – cashback well be paid on the net total of your travel insurance premium.
- Cashback is only available for new quotes.
- Cashback transactions should be confirmed in your TopCashback account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date. Please note that it can take a further 2-3 months for the payment to be processed before cashback is withdrawable from your account. Quotes that don't convert into a policy will be automatically declined after 150 days of being generated.
- Cashback will initially track at £0.00 in your TopCashback account and uplift on validation.
- Cashback will only be paid if we are able to link your insurance purchase to the TopCashback website. This means that you must click the TopCashback link, go straight through to the MoneySuperMarket website, generate a brand new quote and make your purchase immediately in the same session and without exiting your internet browser. For the avoidance of doubt, cashback will not be paid if a ‘saved quote’ is purchased. A ‘saved quote’ is held in the quote history section of your MoneySuperMarket account for you to return to at a later date. Unfortunately, cashback will not be paid if you purchase a saved quote or edit a saved quote even if it has been generated on the same day you wish to purchase insurance from MoneySuperMarket via TopCashback.
- If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account, then you will not be eligible to receive cashback.
- In the event of any queries about your cashback please contact TopCashback Customer Support as the insurer or MoneySuperMarket will be unable to deal with this type of query.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Purchases must be completed via the online journey and any purchases via MoneySuperMarket Apps will not be eligible for cashback.
- This programme is being monitored. TopCashback members transacting fraudulently with this retailer will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.

- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
