About your transaction
- Please note quotes are not eligible for cashback.
What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback will not be paid if you claim a Confused.com Reward or any other offer or voucher.
- If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account, then you will not be eligible to receive cashback.
- Editing or using a previously saved quote from your Confused.com account will not track.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Cashback will be confirmed after your policy has been active for at least 90 days. Payment will take 6-8 weeks after this time.
- Cookies must be enabled or your purchase will not track & we will be unable to validate.
- Confused.com is a trading name of Inspop.com Limited and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
- You must generate a brand new quote and purchase your policy immediately.
- Cashback will only be paid on new quotes completed and bought online via the TopCashback link. For the avoidance of doubt, cashback will not be paid if a saved or previous quote is used.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.

- Please be aware that cashback will initially track at £0.00 if you generate a quote, if this is not purchased at the time the tracked cashback will become declined after 150 days of being generated.
- Your cashback may initially track lower.
- Cashback may not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes or any other additional charges.
What to do when
- Please do not make purchase decisions based upon expected cashback as it is not guaranteed.
- The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" query within 100 days of the transaction, we will be unable to chase up claims older than this.
- Some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked cashback. We endeavour to chase untracked cashback but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time.
