What will stop me getting cashback?
- Purchasing via the call centre. You must complete your purchase online.
- Obtaining a quote via TopCashback but then purchasing using a price comparison site.
- Retrieving a saved quote that you have already obtained from the AA. You must click through the link and obtain a new quote from the AA.
- Retrieving a saved quote generated from another site (such as a price comparison website).
- Using a promotional/voucher codes not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Unless otherwise stated expect transactions for this retailer to appear within 24 hours. Transactions are usually confirmed within a couple of months and should become payable within 30 - 60 days after the event date, unless otherwise indicated on the Avg Payment Speed Statistics.
- The AA will not pay cashback for any policy that have been cancelled or are in arrears at the time of validation.

What to do when

- If your sale is declined, you must submit a claim with 45 days of the declined date.
- Some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked cashback. We endeavour to chase untracked cashback but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time. Please do not make purchase decisions based upon expected cashback as it is not guaranteed.
