What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback will not be paid if a price comparison quote is accepted.
- Cashback will not be paid if a saved or retrieved quote is used. You must click the TopCashback link, generate a new quote and make your purchase immediately.
- Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts.
- Cashback will only be paid for purchases made from within the United Kingdom.
- If you have begun a quote or received a quote from Hastings Direct before coming to TopCashback (whether direct or via a third party such as a price comparison website) and you choose to proceed with that quote.
- If your policy is in the process of being cancelled because of your driving data as outlined in the ‘Your driving data terms and conditions’ of the policy wording’ you would not be eligible for cashback.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Cashback and vouchers will only be valid on online journeys.
- Cashback is only due on YouDrive when a YouDrive policy is purchased.
- Cashback is only paid out if the user has come through TopCashback as the original source.
- Cashback may not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes or any other additional charges
- Cashback will only pay out on valid sales which are completed by clicking on the TopCashback link and purchasing an eligible Hastings Direct policy in the same session without exiting your internet browser.
- Hastings Direct operates a 120-day validation from policy start date before approving the cashback. You won’t be eligible for cashback if you cancel your policy, or if Hastings Direct cancels your policy in the first month from policy start date.
- Hastings Direct reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate this promotion in whole or in part at any time.
- On clicking 'Get cashback' you will be directed to the Hastings Direct website where you will be required to complete a new quote for an insurance product and purchase a policy to be eligible for cashback. Hastings Direct will track this information and TopCashback shall pay out cashback on applicable policy sales once Hastings Direct has validated the policy sale.

- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
