What will stop me getting cashback?

What else is essential?
- 1. This Offer is open to all persons who comply with these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: (a) “Cashback” means £30 per new Car Insurance policy taken out with Vitality. (b) “Cashback Merchant” means the third-party Vitality approved affiliate responsible for advertising and paying the Cashback to Eligible Participants.“Eligible Participant” means an individual who is covered under a VitalityCar Insurance Plan which: Quoted and purchased their VitalityCar Insurance Plan via the Cashback Merchant’s website; (i) is a new customer to VitalityCar; (ii) is not renewing their VitalityCar Plan; (iii) has all relevant Premiums paid up to date; (iv) is resident in the United Kingdom; (v) is the Planholder of the VitalityCar Insurance Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer is applied automatically to all Eligible Participants who comply with these Terms and Conditions. (c) “Inception Date” means the date on which the VitalityCar Plan cover commences for the Eligible Participants. (d) “Initial Conditions” means the following conditions: (i) Cashback will not be paid if a price comparison quote is accepted. (ii) Cashback will only be paid if the insurance premium is paid in full or, for customers paying monthly, if the direct debit payments are kept up to date. (iii) Cashback will not be paid if a saved or retrieved quote is used. You must click the affiliatename link, generate a new quote and make your purchase immediately.- (iv) The Eligible Member must clear the Vitality 120-day validation period to be eligible for the Cashback. (e) "Premium(s)" means the total plan premium paid and/or payable in order to maintain coverage under their VitalityCar Plan either by making an annual payment or by monthly direct debit. (f) “Vitality” means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ. (g) “VitalityCar Plan” means a car insurance contract, administered by Vitality trading as VitalityCar. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the VitalityCar Plan must be genuinely new (so cancelled/lapsed and re-keyed Vitality Car Plan/ Plans will be excluded). For the avoidance of doubt, whether VitalityCar Plan are “genuinely new” will be determined at Vitality’s sole discretion.
- When Cashback can be earned 2. Subject to clause 4, the Eligible Participant will be entitled to receive the Cashback under these Terms and Conditions where the Eligible Participant meet the Initial Conditions.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
- 3. Subject to clause 4, where the Eligible Participant meets the Initial Conditions, the Eligible Participant will be paid £30 cashback by the Cashback Merchant once Vitality have confirmed eligibility at 120 days from the Inception Date.
- 4. Further, it is the responsibility of the Cashback Merchant to manage the Cashback. Vitality is responsible for verifying the Cashback only for Eligible Participants. The Eligible Participant must contact the Cashback Merchant to raise any disputes related to missing payments.
- Restrictions on the Cashback 5.The Cashback will be paid across to the Premium-Payer within 5 months of the Inception Date, provided that the Eligible Participant is still in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- 6. Cashback will only be paid for purchases made from within the United Kingdom.
- 7. Policies are not valid for anyone under 18 or residents of Northern Ireland.
- 8. All quotes are subject to our underwriting criteria. This means if we decline your quote, unfortunately you can't redeem the cashback.
- 9. Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page.
- 10. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to the Cashback are final, will not be open to dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 11. Vitality is not liable to any person in any way in relation to this incentive, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- 12. Vitality reserves the right to vary, extend or withdraw this incentive at any time, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour by any Eligible Participant.
- 13. Vitality reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on the provision of written notice to the Cashback Merchant.
- 14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these Terms and Conditions.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
