  • What will stop me getting cashback?
      • If either party cancels the policy or it is made void by Co-op Insurance Services within 6 months of the start date.
      • If another marketing channel was accredited with the sale e.g. a comparison site.
      • If the policy cannot be traced or tracked back to TopCashback.
      • If you take out a policy through TopCashback using a quote retrieved from another source e.g. a comparison site.
      • If you try to get cashback in conjunction with any other offers through Co-op or any other partners. However, Co-op membership and colleague discounts can be used in conjunction with this offer.
      • If your policy has been taken out with stolen or fabricated personal details.
      • If your policy is not fully completed and purchased online.
    • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • What else is essential?
      • Cashback may track at a lower amount and uplift on validation.
      • Cashback will be paid once Co-op Insurance Services has verified that your policy is in force and premiums have been paid for six months. If either party cancels within this period your cashback will not be paid.
      • Cashback will remain pending until Co-op Insurance Services has received 6 consecutive months payment from the customers and the policy has been live for at least 6 months.
      • This cashback offer only applies to Co-op Life Cover and does not apply to any other Co-op Insurance or Co-op Insurance Services products.
      • Co-op Life Cover is offered through Co-op Insurance Services and is provided, underwritten and administered by The Royal London Group.
      • Applicants for insurance are subject to normal underwriting criteria.
      • Co-op Life Cover is available to UK residents aged between 18 and 70, excluding members of the armed forces and reservists.
      • Co-op Insurance Services must receive 6 consecutive months’ payment from the customer before the cashback can be approved.
      • In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the Co-op Insurance Services website via the TopCashback link. You must generate a new quote and take the policy out direct. You must buy the quote you have just completed in order for the sale to be tracked and confirmed.
      • Cashback is only available to new Co-op Insurance Services customers who have not had a policy of the same type within the last 12 months.
      • Each TopCashback account can take out a maximum of 1 policy per Co-op Insurance Services product of the same type every 12 months.
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
    • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
  • What to do when
    • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
    • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
