  • What will stop me getting cashback?
    • If the policy is cancelled.
    • If monthly direct debit payments are missed.
    • If the quote has been generated via another site (such as a price comparison site) or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to TopCashback and you will not receive your cashback.
    • Equally if you get a quote via the TopCashback links but then purchase using a price comparison site, you will not receive cashback.
    • A quote is generated via TopCashback but you telephone us to complete the sale or purchased in a branch
    • Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, gift card, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts.
  • What else is essential?
    • If your sales fails to track, please raise a claim within 30 days of the sale date. Claims made after 30 days will be declined. If you believe you have been awarded the wrong amount of cashback, please again raise your claim within 30 days of cashback being confirmed in your account. We will be unable to investigate claims after this timeframe.
    • Cashback will be paid once Post Office have verified that your policy is in force and premiums have been paid for six months. If you cancel within this period your cashback will not be paid.
    • Claims that are older than 30 days will be declined.
    • Claims will need to be on hold for 6 months until they are eligible for submission.
    • Cashback is only available to new customers.
    • Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, discount or referral code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts.
    • Monthly premiums must remain the same for you to be eligible for cashback. If you reduce your premiums, your cashback will be reduced.
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
    • Cashback will not be paid for renewals.
    • Please also see the retailer's standard terms and conditions for purchase as listed on their site.
    • Cashback will not be paid if a saved quote is used. You must click the TopCashback link, generate a new quote and make your purchase immediately
    • • Cashback will only be paid for purchases made from within the United Kingdom
    • Cashback may not be paid on VAT, delivery, card payment fees, taxes or any other additional charges.

    • Your policy needs to be live for six months with all six Direct Debit payments made and live for six months. Your cashback will then be processed within 4 – 10 weeks. Please note: To be eligible for the cashback offer, the quote has to be started and completed solely on TopCashback. Any quote obtained through a price comparison site and then completed through TopCashback will not be eligible for the cashback.

    • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.

    • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
