What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts.
- If a quote is generated online via TopCashback but you then telephone Sainsbury's Bank Pet Insurance to complete the purchase of cover.
- If the quote has been generated via any third party site or advertisement, e.g, price comparison sites, the sale will not eligible for cashback.
- If you are renewing your policy.
- If you click to retrieve a quote you have generated previously and then purchase, or if you generate a quote and then come back later to retrieve the quote and purchase using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
- If you have previously been a customer of Sainsbury's Bank Pet Insurance in the last 12 months.
- If your application is for a Rabbit policy. Cashback is only available for cats or dogs.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Sainsbury's Bank Pet Insurance withold the right to withdraw this offer and also reserve the right to change or amend the reward and the sructure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Sainsbury's Bank Insurance with regards to this offer is final.
- Although quotes may show as tracked in your TopCashback account this is subject to validation.
- Sainsbury's Bank Pet Insurance will check the final source of the sale during the validation stage and payment of any cashback will not be made if for any reason the sale wasn’t completed via TopCashback.
- Only available to new Sainsbury's Bank Pet Insurance customers.
- Once your policy has been live for 90 days and provided that all payments due have been received in full, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified for cashback. The cashback will be paid into your TopCashback account within two months of confirmation that policy has meet the required conditions (“Payable”).
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Rabbit policies are excluded from any multipet offer.
- The amount of cashback is shown at the time of your application and the amount may vary from time to time.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
- Please do not contact Sainsbury's Bank Pet Insurance regarding your cashback. If you have any cashback queries please contact the TopCashback Customer Support team.
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
