What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback is not available to any existing coverbaloo customers
- Cashback will not be paid for renewals
- Cashback will not be paid if a saved or retrieved quote is used
- Cashback will not be paid if you have begun a quote or received a quote from coverbaloo before coming to the partner site
- Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code
- Cashback will only be paid for purchases made from within the United Kingdom
- Cashback will only be paid if the insurance premium is paid in full or, for customers paying monthly, if the direct debit payments are kept up to date
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Cashback is only paid out if the user has been introduced via the partner site
- Cashback may take more than 40 days from purchase date to appear in your Cashback account as tracked. It shall then become payable 90 days after commencement of the coverbaloo insurance policy if validated by coverbaloo

- coverbaloo operates a 90 day validation from policy start date before approving the cashback. This means to be eligible for cashback you cannot cancel your policy, nor can your policy be cancelled by coverbaloo in the first 90 days from policy start date
- coverbaloo reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate this promotion in whole or in part at any time
- On clicking 'Get cashback' you will be directed to the coverbaloo website where you will be required to complete a new quote for a coverbaloo insurance product and purchase a policy to be eligible for cashback. coverbaloo will track this information and the partner site shall pay out cashback on applicable policy sales once coverbaloo has validated the policy sale

- Please do not contact coverbaloo with regards to cashback from the partner site. coverbaloo's customer service team cannot resolve cashback earning enquiries. All queries relating to this promotion must be raised with the partner site
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
