What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback will not be paid if the account application is in any way fraudulent, e.g. has been obtained with stolen or fabricated personal details.
- If you already have a Currensea card or previously applied for a Currensea card.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Applications must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Cashback will only be paid on a successful activation of a Currensea Essential, Premium or Elite Card.
- If you cancel the Currensea card within 90 days of your application you won’t receive cashback.
- If you get a quote via the TopCashback link but then sign up using a price comparison site, you will not receive cashback.
- You must be a permanent UK resident aged 18 years or over.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
