Terms & Conditions
  • What will stop me getting cashback?
    • Customers with a pre-existing Credit Monitor Account will not be eligible for cashback.
    • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • What else is essential?
    • Cashback will be confirmed within 90 days of registration.
    • Cashback will only be paid to members who have BACS as their registered TopCashback payment method and will be paid once MoneySuperMarket have confirmed the registration and credit score.
    • Only one claim can be paid per user.
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
    • Registrations must be completed via the online journey and any registrations via MoneySuperMarket Apps will not be eligible for cashback.
    • This offer is only available to residents of United Kingdom. Residents of the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland are not eligible.
    • Youโ€™ll need to be a new Credit Monitor customer.
    • Youโ€™ll need to complete a genuine new registration and receive your credit score via Credit Monitor.
    • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
  • What to do when
    • All claims for untracked applications will be reviewed and processed by Moneysupermarket.com.
    • The vast majority of registrations from merchants track successfully, occasionally a registrations may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" claim within 45 days of the registration.
    • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
    • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
