What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback will not be paid if you are a Nutmeg employee.
- If you are already invested with Nutmeg
- Nutmeg reserves the right to subtract the cashback value from the customers investment should customers withdraw their funds from their Nutmeg account within 24 months of initial investment.
- Nutmeg reserves the right to withdraw the cashback amount from the customer’s Nutmeg account at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or violation of its rules.
- The cash back amount will be provided as per the amount stated on TopCashback from your initial Nutmeg investment date.
- This offer cannot be used to invest in a Nutmeg Lifetime ISA, a Nutmeg Pension, a Nutmeg Junior ISA or a Nutmeg 100% cash pot.
- This program is being monitored, so any abuse of the terms in any way may result in your account being terminated.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Cashback is paid by TopCashback and not Nutmeg. Should you have questions regarding your cashback please contact TopCashback and not Nutmeg.

- Cashback will be paid if you make an initial investment of £500 with a direct debit of £100 a month or more, or, a £5,000 or more initial investment with or without a direct debit.
- If the offer does not show as pending on TopCashback after 48 hours after the initial Nutmeg transaction date, please contact TopCashback.

What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
