How does it work?

What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback will not be paid if the account application is in any way fraudulent, e.g. has been obtained with stolen or fabricated personal details
- Cashback will not be paid if the easyMoney account has been cancelled or closed.
- easyMoney holds the right to subtract the cashback value from the customers investment should customers withdraw their funds from their easyMoney account within 12 months of initial investment.
- If you apply via the Top Cashback link but then purchase using a price comparison site, you will not receive cashback.
- Make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window. Whilst the vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' query within 30 days of the transaction, as we will be unable to chase up older claims
- Members should only use voucher codes listed on Top Cashback. If you use voucher codes or gift vouchers that are not listed on TopCashback your cashback may not track or be declined.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- All transactions will be validated by easyMoney. There is a 180 days validation period from the account creation date, after which easyMoney will confirm the transaction is valid and the minimum investment amount has been deposited to the user account. On meeting this criteria, any valid tracked investments will be confirmed.
- Cashback is only available on easyMoney acccounts set up online.
- Cashback rates are subject to change, both up and down.
- Only clicks generated from inside the UK will be accepted onto this campaign from easyMoney
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- You will need your National Insurance Number.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
