What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback can only be claimed on one interactive investor product.
- Cashback is only available to new interactive investor customers.
- Cashback will only be paid if the initial investment is a minimum lump sum of the value indicated in the offer.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- All transactions will be validated by interactive investor after 90 days. On meeting this criterion, any valid tracked purchases will be confirmed. The cashback will be payable in your TopCashback account within 90-120 days from the date the customer first invested.
- Cashback will be provided as per the amount stated on TopCashback from your initial investment date.
- interactive investor reserves the right to subtract the cashback value from the customers investment should customers withdraw their funds within 12 months of initial investment. Cashback is paid by TopCashback and not interactive investor. Should you have questions regarding your cashback please contact TopCashback.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- The cashback will only be paid if the investment is held for a minimum of 3 months.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
