What will stop me getting cashback?

What to do when
- All policies are run through extensive validation checks and cashback will only be paid on valid policies. The eligibility is checked 90 days after the policy start date
- If your Cashback is not tracked, Compare the Market allow up to 45 days after the purchase date to submit a claim.
- If your Cashback is rejected, Compare the Market allow up to 6 months after the purchase date to submit a claim.
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
