How does it work?
- Cashback is available on new Broadband packages; upgrades are not eligible.
- For contract sales, commission will only be paid if the customer did not cancel their plan within the first 30 days, and has paid their first bill.
What will stop me getting cashback?
- You will need to complete your sale online, not over the telephone.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- A missing cashback claim must be submitted to our claims team within 6 months of the transaction being made.
- Any missing cashback claim must be made with TopCashback directly, not Vodafone Business.
- Cashback is available on Pre-Order Broadband packages.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
