Cashback transactions should be confirmed in your TopCashback account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date. Please note that it can take a further 2-3 months for the payment to be processed before cashback is withdrawable from your account. Quotes that don't convert into a policy will be automatically declined after 150 days of being generated

Cashback will initially track at £0.00 in your TopCashback account and uplift on validation.

Cashback will only be paid if we are able to link your purchase to the TopCashback website. This means that you must click the TopCashback link, go straight through to the MoneySuperMarket website, generate a brand new quote and make your purchase immediately in the same session and without exiting your internet browser. For the avoidance of doubt, cashback will not be paid if a ‘saved quote’ is purchased. A ‘saved quote’ is held in the quote history section of your MoneySuperMarket account for you to return to at a later date. Unfortunately, cashback will not be paid if you purchase a saved quote or edit a saved quote even if it has been generated on the same day you wish to purchase energy from MoneySuperMarket via TopCashback.

MoneySuperMarket Energy Cashback is available through TopCashback on genuine, tracked transactions must be completed immediately and wholly online not via the MoneySupermarket App.

Purchases must be completed via the online journey and any purchases via MoneySuperMarket Apps will not be eligible for cashback.
