  • What will stop me getting cashback?
    • Any purchases made on the SES Home Services website via the link will be subject to the TopCashback Terms and Conditions (https://www.topcashback.co.uk/terms) and SES Home Services Terms and Conditions which can be found on the SES Home Services website
    • Cashback is only available to Kitchen Appliance Cover. No other SES Home Services policy are eligible.
    • Cashback will be deposited in your TopCashback account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date.
    • Cashback will only be paid if we are able to link your purchase to the TopCashback website. This means that you must click the TopCashback link, go straight through to the SES Home Services website, generate a brand new quote and make your purchase immediately in the same session and without exiting your internet browser.
    • If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account, then you will not be eligible to receive cashback
    • SES Home Services Insurance cashback transactions are limited to 1 per calendar year
    • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • What else is essential?
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
    • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
  • What to do when
    • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
