  Thomas Cook offer extra reassurance with their 24-Hour Hotel Satisfaction Promise in selected properties where their reps visit.

  If you see the logo as part of the holiday description on the Thomas Cook website, it means the Promise applies to that hotel. As a result, if, on arrival, your chosen hotel is not as described, they will either resolve the issue or offer to move you to another hotel of the same standard within 24 hours of you contacting their rep service in person or by telephone.

  Although unlikely, if they cannot either resolve the issue or find you somewhere else to stay, you can choose to either take the next available Thomas Cook flight home and get a refund for the cost of your holiday or carry on with your holiday at the hotel you booked and they will send you a voucher for 25% of the amount you paid for your holiday. You can use the voucher when you book Thomas Cook holidays online and stay at one of the hotels where the 24-Hour Hotel Satisfaction Promise applies.

• When Can I Check In Online?

  You can check in for your Thomas Cook Airlines flight 24 hours before departure, though it will close two hours before. This means that you can print off your boarding pass or load a mobile version onto your smartphone or tablet in advance in order to make your way through to the departure lounge more quickly. You will need to be at the departure lounge at least 45 minutes before your flight.
