  Laithwaite's team of experts tastes 40,000 wines each year and select only the best 800 or so in terms of quality, value and drinkability to make available to customers.

  As a result of this rigorous selection process, they feel they can guarantee each and every bottle they sell. Should you not be happy with one of their wines, for whatever reason, not only will they replace it or give you a refund, but they will also arrange to come and collect it from you. Once you have submitted a request, they will usually collect it within two working days, while if you need to be refunded for a case, this will take place when collection is arranged.

• Delivery

  Whatever you buy using our Laithwaite's voucher code and cashback deals, they deliver to anywhere in the UK, with the exception of the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.

  With standard delivery, your order will take three working days to arrive (up to eight days for some areas) and will be delivered between 7am and 9pm. You can get your wine delivered the next working day or choose a specific day for delivery - including Saturday - with their next day/time slot option. You will need to order before 4pm for next day delivery, while this option is unavailable in some more remote areas.

  Order before 4pm on a weekday and you can choose a specific morning (7am-noon) for delivery. Again, this service is unavailable in some remote areas.
