• Delivery and Collection

  Once you have decided what products to buy, you will be able to choose from various delivery and collection options.

  They offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40, which will usually see your items arrive in 2-4 working days. If you need your item sooner, there are a number of options. Order before 2pm and you can choose next working day or next working day plus delivery (exclusions apply), the latter of which will see items delivered in the morning.

• Returns

  If you are not happy with something you buy from Space NK, you can return it within 28 working days for a refund or exchange, as long as it is sent back unopened, unused and in its original condition.

  Items bought online can be returned to a Space NK store if you take with you a printout of the order confirmation or invoice. You will also need the original payment card, otherwise you will only be offered an exchange or refund onto a gift card.

  To send items back by post, you must complete the returns form included with your order and enclose it with your returned goods. They also ask you to explain why the goods are not suitable and whether you want a refund or exchange.

  Items must be sent to the address you will find on their website via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and it is recommended you obtain proof of postage. For faulty items, they will refund any postage and reimburse you for recorded delivery postage.
