Send Parcels Cheaper and Easier

You can send cheaper and easier with Evri. All you need to do is enter the postcodes for where the parcel is going from and to, and they'll give you a price. If you want to send a tracked parcel, they're cheaper, and you'll be able to see online how much you can save when sending with Evri-uk.

It's easy to send from one of their ParcelShops, of which there are more than 5,000. They are open seven days a week, have long opening hours and free parking nearby. With Evri, you'll get a premium service for free. You'll benefit from regular real-time tracking updates and a delivery window on parcel delivery day.

They'll make three attempts to deliver your parcel, while you have the option to divert it to a neighbour's house or a safe place. If you do opt for safe place delivery, they'll provide you with photo confirmation. Their service also includes £20 worth of free parcel cover. You can send almost anything with Evri — up to 15kg and 1.2 metres long in size.

• Track a Parcel

  No matter how you send your parcel with Evri, you'll be able to track it every step of the way.

  Whether one of the Evri couriers has collected it or you've dropped it off at one of their ParcelShops or Lockers, all you need to do is enter your 16-digit tracking or eight-digit calling card number on their website. This also applies if you're waiting for your Evri delivery.

  They give every parcel a 16-digit tracking code, which you'll need to get from the sender. If your courier has tried to deliver your parcel, they'll leave a calling card which has an eight-digit number. If you need to return a parcel, you can also track this in the same way, by entering the 16-character parcel tracking code into the tracker.

  If you're using a Print In-Store device to return a parcel, make a note of the long number underneath the printed label and enter it to track. You can track an international parcel in exactly the same way, but you'll need to use their international tracking tool.

• Return a Parcel

  Returning a parcel with Evri is quick and easy — you can take your box or package to your nearest drop-off location or make use of the Evri collection service.

  They return parcels for more than 240 retailers. All you need to do is choose from the list or use their quick find search to send cheaper and easier. The only information you need in order to return a parcel is the order reference number and an email. You can then print your returns label and drop it off at your nearest ParcelShop. Alternatively, you can print your label at a Print In-Store ParcelShop if that's easier.

  You can make your parcels even more personal by adding a video message with Evri Play.

  All you need to do when sending a parcel is select Video Message from the add-ons section. You can choose to record your message there and then or later if you want. All you'll need to do then is enter the details of the person you're sending it to.

  When you record your video and send your parcel, Evri will make sure the recipient knows it contains a personal video and tell them how they can watch it. To watch a video, you just have to download the Evri app, scan the parcel's label and enjoy.   Evri ParcelShops offer a really easy way to send, collect and return parcels.

  Your nearest ParcelShop will be a local shop, meaning it's close by and open at a time to suit you. You can send and return parcels at one of them quickly and easily, without having to rush to the Post Office during your lunch break. If you're expecting a parcel and not going to be in during the day, don't have a safe place to leave it for collection or want to pick it up at a time which suits you, an Evri ParcelShop drop is the perfect solution.

  With more than 5,000 ParcelShops, it means nine out of 10 people live within two miles of one. They have longer opening hours than a Post Office — more than 80% of them are open until 10pm — and they're open seven days a week.
