Will stay with BT Mobile as they have excellent customer service.” While it is true there is bad feedback, there are BT Mobile reviews which praise the company for their coverage and value for money.

	Ordered SIM card on 04 Jun 20. Cashback has been 'confirmed' - 24 weeks later I am still waiting for it to be 'payable'

	Do not waste your time. Doesn’t honour cash back. Check google and see the vast number of threads of people with declined cash back from BT and other group companies.
