There’s nothing better than jazzing up your walk with a nice, satisfying audiobook, plus at Audible you can get 50% off your first three months of membership and £12.70 cashback through us. Here’s a few of our personal top-picks – no need to thank us!

The Midnight Library by Matt Haig

Recommended by Katie on our Partnerships Team, this Sci-fi novel contains an interesting twist on fantasy with strong philosophical undertones throughout so non-fiction lovers will still hang onto every word. Despite the fantasy premise of this instant New York Times Bestseller, the novel turns out to be a celebration of everyday ordinary life and ordinary people, making it a must-read.

The Martian by Andy Weir

This is not one for everyone but those with a particular interest in science read no more! Although based on fiction, in many aspects this captivating read seems almost non-fictional due to it’s meticulously researched and scientifically accurate storyline, the vast majority of the book takes place in the form of journal entries whilst the mechanically-minded main character, Watney is assumed dead and stranded alone on Mars. If you haven’t watched the film yet make sure to read this first!

Defending Jacob by William Landay

Crime fanatics this one’s for you! From the award-winning author William Landay, Defending Jacob takes an interesting spin on a classic crime thriller from the perspective of a courtroom. After district attorney, Andy Barber’s son is suddenly arrested he is left stunned and questioning himself, his moral virtues and those closest to him.
