We would advise that our offer in April for instore cashback with the same retailer did end early due to the cap limit being reached for the offer which may be why cashback has not tracked for that offer.

nickheung21 Oct 21 - 14:06 So, it looks like the Tesco Express purchase I made tracked, but any at a former Tesco Metro location (which is now converted to an Tesco Express according to the Tesco website), don't seem to track.

The purchase is coming up on my statement as from 'tesco metro 2239' rather than Express, looks like they haven't updated their system yet.

Thursley20 Oct 21 - 23:25 If an on card offer doesn’T track I believe you have to email, I don’T think it shows on the retailer list that you have clicked on them. The last Tesco on card offer didn’T track for me, I emailed twice with my receipt and still nothing tracked so disappointed. A great offer if it does work.

Rickmcr19 Oct 21 - 19:01 There seems to be a issue. It tracked fine last week but when the offer got extended by 1 more week, it defaulted to off. It should have stayed on. This could be a floor with the platform if it has defaulted to off and you have to opt in again. This was not clear this was the case, as should stay as on
