• Delivery

  Once you have made your purchase using our Kaleidoscope discounts, you will be presented with numerous delivery and collection options.

  Choose standard delivery and the majority of items will be received within two days, between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or 10am to 5pm on Sunday. Some items are available for next day delivery. They will have a next day delivery message on the product image and you will be able to select the option during checkout. You will need to order before 10.30pm Monday-Sunday for guaranteed next day delivery.

  If you are not often in, you can choose a date which is convenient for you up to seven days in advance (excluding Bank Holidays) with stated day delivery. This is available on selected items only and you can choose AM (before 1pm) or PM (after 1pm) delivery. Delivery of large items requiring two people or high-value products which need a secure consigned service will cost £25, while delivery of upholstery will be charged at £40.

  Other large items will be charged at £10, while there is a delivery cost of £60 for American style fridge freezers, which require special connection. Alternatively, you can have your parcel sent to a ParcelShop store near you. You will receive a text message telling you when your order is ready to collect, which will usually be within two days. You will need to take either the text or a print out of the order confirmation and a passport, national ID card, driving license or bank card.

• Returns

  If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days.

  Exclusions apply though, so you must inform Kaleidoscope by letter or email, including your name, address, account number, order/invoice number and item number, before the 14-day cancellation period has ended. The correspondence must be signed and dated. Alternatively, you can use the cancellation form you will find on the Help section of the website. Under their 14-day approval policy, they will replace or refund most items, as long as they are returned complete, unused, in their original packaging - where possible - and with the correct documents.

  Refunds will be credited to the payment method used. You can return your item to a ParcelShop by completing the returns form on your dispatch note with your reason and enclosing it in the original packaging, attaching the returns label over the original delivery label and dropping it off. This service is available if your parcel weighs 15kg or less and does not exceed 1.2m x 1m, while you will be provided with a receipt.

  You can also arrange for one of Kaleidoscope's couriers to collect your item via the returns section in 'My Account'. It can be left with a neighbour, colleague or concierge, or in a safe and easily accessible place which is out of sight. Finally, you can take it to a Post Office, where you will be given a receipt, while you will also be able to track it. However, the parcel must weight 3kg or less and be no greater in size than 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.
