  Choose UK saver delivery and you will receive your items in 3-5 working days, while if you want your purchases sooner, they provide next day delivery for orders placed by midnight Monday-Thursday, as well as a nominated day service. Large or heavy items will be sent via courier delivery, while fragile products which are easily breakable will be sent by another method as they will require specialist handling.

• Returns

  If you change your mind about something you order, you can send it back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as it is unused.

  However, you will need to inform The Range that you would like to return an item within 14 days of taking delivery of it. Once The Range have received returned items, they will process refunds to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
