Spend over £80 and order before 8pm Monday-Friday and you can have your item delivered the next day (Monday-Saturday) for free.

  This service is available to the majority of UK postcodes, while orders placed after 8pm on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday. Items which exceed the weight and dimensions limit accepted by their courier will be placed onto a different delivery service and will be with you in 48 hours. Their order from store service is free and will see items arrive within 3-5 days if ordered by 7pm.

• Returns

  Should you decide to, you can return an item to one of their stores or back to their warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

  Items must be unworn (shoes unworn outside), in their original packaging and/or with the original tags attached and be accompanied by a proof of purchase (store or credit card receipt, online order confirmation or dispatch email/note). Items can be returned to store for free, while if you use the prepaid returns label and take it to a Post Office, a £3 charge will be deducted from your refund.

  You must make sure you have completed the exchange and returns form, which you will find on your dispatch note, and enclosed it with your item. Items can also be sent back via a Collect+ store. They will deduct £3 from your refund, unless the item is being exchanged for a different size or colour, or the item is faulty and you have contacted the customer service team.

  They will only accept parcels under 10kg in weight and 30cm x 30cm x 50cm in size. Complete the returns form, print and complete a Collect+ returns label, attach it to your package and drop it off. They will give you a receipt and unique tracking code.
