  If you need to return an item bought online, you will need to print a returns form - a link for which you will find on the Returns and Exchanges page of the Flannels website.

  Once you have completed it, you should return it with your invoice and goods to the address you will find on the same page, stating on the invoice the reason for returning and whether you want a refund or replacement item (same product only).
