• Returns

  This slip must be completed and sent back with returned items. You can return items to an Oasis store, ensuring you take along your dispatch note, while to return something by post, you should write your name, address, postcode and order number on the completed returns form and enclose it in the securely wrapped parcel.

  Fix the returns address label to the parcel (the address can be found online) and take it to a Post Office, who will stamp the proof of postage on the returns form. You can also return via a Collect+ store by enclosing the dispatch note, applying the relevant label and taking it to your nearest location.
