  Spend more than £50 and you will benefit from free delivery, which will see your order arrive in 3-5 days (allow five additional days for engraved products).

  UK mainland orders over £100 which are placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday are eligible for express delivery, which will see it arrive the next working day (excluding Bank Holidays). Order before 2pm on a Friday, meanwhile, and you can make use of their Saturday and Sunday delivery options.

  With the express, Saturday and Sunday methods, you will benefit from online order tracking and text message or email confirmation, while you will be allocated a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery. Parcels will need to be signed for. Alternatively, if you order before 2pm Monday-Friday, you can have your it sent to a Collect+ store for collection the next working day. This service is free on all orders over £50.

• Returns

  If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you can return it for free for an exchange or refund

  Conditions apply, so you can return your purchase if it is unworn and undamaged, using the Collect+ service where it will be processed within three days of John Greed receiving your item back. Place your item, along with the order form and original packaging, including any labels or tags, and package it securely.

  You will then need to create and print a Collect+ label by clicking the link on the returns page of the John Greed website. Include your order number and email address, attach it to your parcel, covering the original label, and take it to a Collect+ store. They will give you a receipt, on which you will find a number with which you can track the parcel's progress.

  If you choose not to use the Collect+ service, you will be responsible for the safe return of the item and paying the postage charges. If this is the case, John Greed recommend sending it back via recorded delivery and obtaining proof of postage.
