• Gift Wrapping

  Online purchases will be sent in a single parcel per complete order, meaning that if you need more than one of their presentation boxes, you will need to place separate orders. You should also be aware that gift wrapping is not available on Boux Avenue sale and VIP preview sale purchases.

• Delivery

  Boux Avenue offer free standard UK delivery when you spend £45, which will see them aim to deliver your order in 1-3 working days via Hermes, although deliveries to the Highlands & Islands will take an additional 48 hours.

  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS which will contain a tracking number. Delivery will be attempted three times and a card will be left so you can rearrange.

  If you are not at home, they will try and leave it with a neighbour to obtain a signature, while they can also leave the parcel in a safe place at your address. If they cannot deliver on the third attempt, the package will be returned to the depot.

  If you need your items sooner, they offer a next working day service, which will see orders placed by 4pm Monday-Thursday arrive the next day. Orders placed between 4pm on Thursday and 1pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. If you are not usually home in the week, order by 3pm on a Friday and you can receive it by 6pm the next day with their Saturday service.
