• Alterations Service

  Should you find that the denim jeans, trousers, chinos or easy leggings you buy online are not quite the right length, you can take them to a UNIQLO store to be altered.

  This service is free for items over £19.90, while it will cost you £3 if your purchase was less than £19.90. They also offer blind stitching alterations. Many of their smart, wool trousers feature a blind stitch as standard and this service will provide a more appropriate alteration.

  All you need to do is take the item to your nearest store, along with your tax invoice. If you do not know what length you want them altered to, you can try them on in the store and one of the customer advisors will pin them for you. They try and offer a same-day service where possible, while once an item of clothing has been altered, you will not be able to return or exchange it.

• Delivery

  Once you have used our UNIQLO discounts to make a purchase, you will be able to choose from a variety of delivery and collection options.

  Opt for standard delivery and you can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) if it is placed before 6pm. Order before 6pm Monday-Thursday, meanwhile, and you can select next day delivery.

  Orders placed on Friday before 6pm will be delivered on Monday with this service, while if you order after 6pm, it will be processed the next working day and delivered the following day. Choose nominated day delivery and you can select a date which is convenient for you (Tuesday-Friday) up to 10 days in advance, though you will need to provide your mobile phone number if you opt for this service.

• Returns

  If you are not happy with an item, you can return it within 28 calendar days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

  Where possible, labels and tags should remain attached and the item should be returned in its original packaging. Items bought online can be returned to a UNIQLO store for a refund or exchange for free, though you will need to take the tax invoice, enclosed in your parcel, as proof of purchase.

  If you want a refund, you will need to take the card you used to make the purchase. To send an item back by post, you should complete the returns note enclosed with your order. You can then attach the prepaid ParcelShop returns label to your securely wrapped parcel and take it to your nearest ParcelShop store, making sure you ask for proof of postage.

  To return via the Post Office or courier, you will need to send it to the address you will find on the returns page of the UNIQLO website.
