What will stop me getting cashback?
- You will not earn cashback if you buy products exclusively for the purpose of resale, including private businesses, Ebay businesses and Amazon store business.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Customers should only submit a claim within 8 months and any queries older than that will be immediately declined.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Reserve & Collect Order: Please keep your receipt and reservation number. You will need to use this reference number if you need to submit a Missing Cashback claim.
- Your transaction may initially track lower before being uplifted once validated. If your transaction has tracked lower than expected then please wait until the transaction has become confirmed in your account before submitting a claim for a higher rate
What to do when
- The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" query within 60 days of the transaction, we will be unable to chase up claims older than this.
- We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
