What will stop me getting cashback?
- Cashback and voucher code discounts will not be valid if the Educator Discount is applied.
- Musicroom allows for customers to order items online and pay for these at a later date. These are known as Payment Pending orders or Offline orders. Unfortunately, Musicroom cannot pay out cashback on these orders. Cashback only applies to purchases where items are paid for within the immediate online transaction.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
