About your transaction
- To qualify for cashback, simply choose the required loan amount and complete the submission. Once your advisor has discussed the right product for you, the application will be submitted. Typically within 1 month of mortgage completion we will be able to approve the submission, cashback will typically be eligible for withdrawal 1 month from this date.
What will stop me getting cashback?
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- We aim to be able to approve and pay the claim from month 2 of the new mortgage being live
- This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
- A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
