  To cancel a hotel booking, (1) sign in to your Hotels.com account, (2) go to ‘Manage Your Bookings’, (3) choose the booking you wish to cancel and (4) select ‘Cancel Room’. If you booked without an account, you will need to fill out and submit the ‘Find Your Bookings’ form and select the ‘Cancel Room’ link for the booking you wish to cancel. Hotels.com do not charge but the hotel might.

• Are Hotels.com Atol Protected?

  As Hotels.com only deal with accommodation, they are not ATOL protected. An Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL) protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad when booking air holiday (pre-arranged or tailor-made) packages which are covered by one. ATOL does not protect you if you just book accommodation.
